These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yoga Studio, including our classes, workshops, memberships, events, website, and any related services. By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating, you agree to these Terms.
1) Definitions
- Client / You: Any person who books, purchases, attends, or participates in Studio services.
- Services: Classes, workshops, teacher trainings, private sessions, events, retail, online content, and facility use.
- Membership / Pass: Any recurring plan or prepaid class package.
2) Eligibility & Studio Policies
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian sign on your behalf if permitted by local law.
- You agree to follow all studio rules, instructor guidance, and posted signage (including safety and hygiene requirements).
- We may refuse entry or remove a participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, or for violations of these Terms.
3) Health, Medical & Personal Responsibility
Yoga and fitness activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are physically and medically able to take part and will consult a healthcare professional if needed.
- You will inform the instructor of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or limitations before class.
- You will practice within your limits and may stop at any time.
- The Studio does not provide medical advice; instruction is for general educational and fitness purposes.
4) Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You assume all risks of participation (including injury, illness, or property loss).
- You release and hold harmless [Studio Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law or caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5) Bookings, Check-In & Punctuality

13) Studio Etiquette & Conduct
To maintain a safe environment:
- Respect instructors and other participants.
- Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
- No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or unsafe conduct.
- Phones must be silenced; recording may be restricted (see Section 14).
- We may restrict participation if you appear intoxicated or under the influence in a way that creates risk.
14) Photography, Video & Recording
- Recording in class may be prohibited without written permission from the Studio and consent from all participants who may be captured.
- The Studio may take photos/videos for marketing. You consent to reasonable use of your likeness unless you opt out in writing prior to recording.
- If you opt out, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee you will never appear incidentally in group footage.
15) Personal Property
- You are responsible for your belongings. The Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, to the extent permitted by law.
- Lockers/cubbies are offered as a convenience and may not be secure.
16) Retail Sales
- Retail items (mats, props, apparel, etc.) may be eligible for exchange/return within [X days] if unused and with receipt, unless marked final sale.
- Hygiene items may be final sale for health reasons.
17) Online Services (If Applicable)
For livestream/on-demand:
- Access may be limited to the purchaser and may not be shared.
- Quality depends on your device and internet connection; we’re not responsible for connectivity issues outside our control.
- We may update or remove content over time.
18) Intellectual Property
All Studio content (logos, class formats, website text, videos, training materials) is owned by the Studio or licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

20) Suspension or Termination
